Privacy policy
This site collects as little as it can, and this page says exactly what that is, in plain language. It covers xcraftai.com only. Consulting engagements are governed by their own written agreements.

What this site collects
Almost nothing, and nothing that identifies you by name unless you choose to write to me.
- Page-view analytics. The site uses GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics service. It counts which pages are viewed, the referring site, browser and operating system, screen size, and country or region. It sets no cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not build a profile of you. I use it to see which pages are read.
- Server logs. The site is served by Netlify, which may keep standard access logs (including IP addresses) for security and operations, under Netlify's own privacy policy.
- What you send me. If you email contact@xcraftai.com, your message and address arrive in a Google Workspace mailbox. If you use the intake form, it is a Google Form, and Google's privacy policy applies to the form itself. I keep what you send for as long as the conversation or engagement needs it.

What it does not do
- No cookies. No advertising. No cross-site tracking pixels.
- No third-party fonts or scripts loaded from advertising networks; fonts are served from this site.
- No sale of personal information, to anyone, for any purpose. No sharing for marketing.
- No accounts, no sign-ups, and no newsletter list at this time.

How information is used
To reply to you, to send you a notice you asked for, to scope and deliver work you ask for, and to understand which pages on this site are useful. That is the whole list.

Client work and protected data
This policy covers the website. A consulting engagement is governed by its own written agreement and, where health information or other regulated data is involved, by the specific agreements that data requires (for example a Business Associate Agreement) before any such data is touched. Please do not send confidential documents or health information through this site.

Your choices and rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing contact@xcraftai.com. I will answer, and I honor these requests whether or not a particular law requires it. Because the site does not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of.

Children
This site is written for business owners and working professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes get a note at the top of this page.
